Setting of the posts

The cement mixer makes its way to Igoi.	New Tribes Mission helicopter brings another 9 bags of redimix.	Kids help bring the cement to the site by wheel barrow.	Igoi men dig 32 holes for the posts.
Igoi women carry the posts to the site.	Bob Harper teaches the guys how to get the concrete just right.	Lori gets to put the first shovel of concrete into the post hole.	The posts are set and ready for a house.
In two and a half days, 32 posts set.

Transport

One of the trucks gets loaded for delivery to the helicopter shuttle point.	Another two trucks loaded for delivery.	Materials being unloaded at the shuttle point.	The SIL helicopter delivers materials to Igoi.

Trusses and Roofing

The team sets another truss.	Bob “the Builder” Harper inspects the trusses.	It’s starting to look like a house.
One side of the roofing is on.	Bob works on putting the perlins on the rafters.	The rear gutter gets lifted into place by Rodney, Tim, Gale and Ray (L-R on the roof)

Interior

Interior wall frames are put in place.	The walls are paneled with plywood.	Tim gets the job of removing ¼” of glass from the louvres. All 306 pieces!
...and then he got to install them.	Walls are paneled and the doors are hung.	Dick works on the cover strips for the paneling.

Ray and Rodney pulled a lot of wire.

Painting and Finishing

Chuck found Ruti and Revena to help him paint.	Must be early. Dick doesn’t have any paint on himself yet.	Chuck, the future Karate Kid? Sand the floor.	Dick says, “Man this is hard stuff.”
Dave gets his chance to make sawdust.	And finally it is passed over to John.	All that sanding makes Chuck’s varnish job look better.	Nice and shiny!
